This includes:

• Travel (This will be quoted accordingly)

• Bar service with 3 bar staff up to 8 hours - Max 100 guests. Anymore and it will be quoted.

• Set up and pack down with little disturbance to your wedding.

• Giant games for your guests to enjoy at the start of the night.

• Access for you to decorate the front bar of the caravan. You provide flowers, glassware etc. & we will set it up for you.

• Water dispenser of your choice of still or sparkling.

• Straws & plastic cups for water will be provided.

• A meeting will be arranged with Amy prior to your special day - on-site location. This will help us identify any issues prior to the wedding so we don’t disrupt you on your day. We will also discuss all alcohol you are wanting to have so we can make the service as seamless as possible.
  

  You can add on our non-alcoholic package at an extra cost.

  You will need to organise:

• Your own cool room.

• Alcohol

  Glassware can be added on for $90 extra.

  A detailed quote will be sent upon request with all added costs that may occur with your requirements.

We prefer to use onsite power & water. This is best for a quieter experience & we have a water filter for our coffee machine which produces cleaner and better coffee when using household water. If the venue doesn’t include these things, please be in contact with us so we can arrange for a generator.
